The recent All-Day Scrap, was a great success!! and I WILL be planning another All-Day Crop in the New Year as well….I just need to pick a date. Keep watching for updates.

Inspired by “dinner”

Published by Amber under 3D Projects, Halloween

So my hubby picked us up dinner the other night and my Son had chicken nuggets……as I emptied them from the container onto his plate I looked at the "nugget cup" and wondered if I could make something similar as they looked like the perfect size to hold a few treats and could use them for Rylan’s class Halloween party treats.  Well…….what do you think??  Cute huh?? and SUPER easy to make.  I will also make both a baby shower and wedding version to show how sweet they would be as a favours on a table.

Thanks for looking!!!

Rudolph Shaker card

Published by Amber under Announcements, Christmas

I got this great shaker card idea from the very talented Heather Summers

Step 1: Punch the largest punch in the coaster (i used 1 3/4 circle)

Step 2: Lay your 4×4 piece of DSP over the coaster and then use the same punch to make a hole in the DSP

Step3: Mount a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 pice of white cardstock on the back of the coaster behind the opening

Step 4: Make your rudolph circle making sure to leave the crystal effects and red glitter dry

Step 5: Attach the rudolph circles in the center of the white piece of CS

Step 6: Place a SMALL amount of micro beads and a dash of glitter to the "well" around Ruddie

Step 7: Glue a 2 1/2 x 2 1/5 piece of acetate over Ruddie and the beads….ensure you seal around the edges

Step 8: Cover the coaster with your DSP and smooth edges

Step 9: Stamp your message, punch scalloped edge, add ribbon to the coaster THEN mount coaster to your card.

Seems like a lot of work but they really aren’t as scary as they look…..

These were the cute little Halloween gift ideas my Stamp Club Members made at tonight’s meeting.  The cute little spiders were found on Splitcoast by Julie Case. The sweet little Top Note treat box tutorial can be found on Angie Tieman’s Blog. The treat bag topper uses my new favourite Sizzix die….the TOP NOTE!.
